Your imagination, intuition, mind and the power of your unconscious work together as a powerful team. Thanks to neuroplasticity, our brain remains malleable throughout our lives.
Both cognitive skills and emotional resilience can be continuously strengthened through targeted support. This realisation, which also corresponds to my own experience, is one of the driving forces behind my actions and work.
My work is characterised by clarity, empathy and drive - values that form part of the basis of my coaching and hypnotherapy, and in my private life I am intensively involved in neuroscience, mental health and physical fitness. These interests have led me to actively organise my free time with Qi Gong, Taiji, meditation, breathwork and regular sport. These practices promote my own well-being and also support my work with clients, as I am convinced that physical and mental health are inextricably linked, and I am passionate about philosophy, especially the teachings of Stoic philosophers such as Epictetus, Seneca and Marcus Aurelius. Their principles of self-control and serenity inspire me to face challenges with more clarity and inner strength, and these perspectives also inform my work to help my clients activate their inner resources. Through my own experiences of overcoming various crises, I have gained profound insights into the importance of breaking new ground and actively embracing change. The key is to use the neuroplasticity of the brain to break old patterns and establish new ways of thinking and behaving. We are able to constantly network in new ways and realise our potential. This ability to change enables us to constantly reinvent ourselves and successfully master our challenges.

"When you change your mind, you change your energy. And when you change your energy, you change your life."-Dr. Joe Dispenza
I accompany you in creating a strong inner foundation - like a tree that is deeply rooted and blossoms to its full size. This foundation grows from your self-knowledge and your inner potential, which is fuelled by experiences, challenges and values.
Whether in coaching, hypnotherapy or mentoring: I open up spaces in which you can find clarity, release blockages and activate your personal strengths. This allows you to live authentically and with self-determination.
As Epictetus said:
"It's not the things that worry us, but our opinions about things."
By gaining control over your perspective, you can consciously decide how you react to challenges and shape your life. Let's work together on your personal development and flourish.
"What we hide from ourselves will determine our lives."-C. G. Jung
Humanistic psychology, with its focus on self-realisation, empathy and authenticity, is another cornerstone of my work. It helps me to create a safe space in which clients can recognise and develop their potential. Through this approach, I accompany my clients on the path to a more conscious self that lives its own truth.
A central component of my work is depth psychology, which deals with the unconscious aspects of the human being. I draw on the theories of Freud and Jung to identify and transform deeply rooted beliefs, fears and blockages. This approach makes it possible to visualise hidden inner conflicts and initiate lasting change.
Systemic methods complement my work by shedding light on the interactions between the individual and their social environment. This perspective helps me to understand the relationships and dynamics that influence the behaviour and perception of my clients. The aim is to initiate targeted changes that have a positive impact on both the individual and their environment.
Business psychology plays an important role in my work, especially in professional topics such as leadership, stress management and decision-making. With a practice-orientated approach, I help clients to find targeted solutions for their professional and entrepreneurial development while strengthening their personal resilience.
Philosophy, particularly Stoicism, also informs my work. Stoic principles such as serenity, resilience and acceptance of what we cannot control offer valuable insights and tools. They help my clients to deal constructively with challenges and lead a more conscious life.
Another component of my approach is the clear distinction between coaching and hypnotherapy. Coaching focuses on personal and professional development, goal setting and self-realisation. Hypnotherapy, on the other hand, aims to dissolve deeper emotional blockages and unconscious patterns that affect well-being and quality of life. This separation enables me to respond to the individual needs of my clients and offer either solution-orientated coaching or cause-related hypnotherapy.
By combining depth psychology, humanistic psychology, systems theory, business psychology and philosophy, I offer you holistic, individualised support. My aim is to reach both conscious and unconscious processes in order to accompany you on your path to an authentic and fulfilling life.
"You have power over your mind, not over external events. Recognise this and you will find strength."-Mark Aurel
Core elements of the humanistic understanding of man strongly characterise me. I therefore regard people as unique and fundamentally good. For this reason, my attitude towards clients is one of appreciation, honour and integrity. My values are in line with this basic attitude and are part of my ethical compass. I represent this background free of dogma. This enables me to be open to people of all religious orientations.

Every person has value for me, regardless of gender, social status, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, physical or mental health, political convictions or sexual orientation.
I assume that people are capable of taking responsibility for themselves. As a coach or hypnotherapist, I support them in living their independence.
People who turn to me with their problems receive the protection they need for their development.
The basis of my work is a contract that regulates the tasks and what each party has to contribute.
I am aware of the importance of a clear, role-focussed relationship that does not allow any dependencies or encroachments.
I make sure that this agreement is adhered to and am not afraid to confront any deviations.

Stoicism is an ancient philosophy that teaches us to focus on what is within our control - and to accept what we cannot change. This attitude strengthens resilience, inner peace and the ability to remain calm even in difficult situations.
In coaching, this attitude manifests itself in the conscious handling of emotions, thoughts and reactions. Clients learn to take responsibility for their inner attitude - instead of allowing themselves to be driven by external circumstances. This creates self-efficacy, clarity and emotional intelligence.
While coaching offers concrete tools for change and goal achievement, stoicism creates a deeper philosophical foundation:
Both approaches promote a life in harmony with one's own values - powerful, reflective and self-determined.
